What I built with graphify

I have been building Penpax on top of graphify and wanted to share it here since this community directly inspired it.

Penpax is a personal digital twin that runs entirely on your machine. It connects your browser history, meetings, files, code, and emails into a single queryable knowledge graph — the same graph structure graphify builds, but applied to your entire working life instead of a single codebase.

What it lets you do

• "Why did we delay the Q3 launch?" — traces back through meetings, emails, and docs automatically
• "What was that article I read about embeddings two weeks ago?" — pulls from browser history and connects it to notes from that day
• "Show me everything connected to the Acme deal" — every call, email, proposal, and Slack thread in one graph
• "When did the auth refactor get discussed and what came out of it?" — links the meeting, the commits, the tabs you had open, and the PR

Who it is for

Lawyers, consultants, doctors, executives, researchers, sales — anyone whose work lives across dozens of conversations and documents they can never fully reconstruct.

How graphify powers it

Penpax uses graphifys extraction pipeline for code, docs, meetings, and emails — plus community detection and the graph query layer. The on-device constraint made graphifys architecture a natural fit — no data ever leaves the machine.
