Create Test Suite for NFT Canisters

A project that integrates the NFT.Interface should be able to test whether the implementation was done correctly.
For this we could either provide a test script or even a simple webpage where they can paste the canister id.

Btw I have the typescript test harness in place there, and a couple of tests already. Not sure if that helps along this task at all.
