Not public package required (smt/enumeration)

I have a trouble to require this package

> composer require smt/pmpd dev-develop

Hi!

Well, I'm an idiot. I was cleaning up my old repositories and mistakenly dropped repo with enumerations. Would be great if you made this fix as PR.
