Problem to create new issue after install in redmine 2.6

After I installed and configurate ekaban in redmine 2.6 I can't create a new issue
It said: "Asignado a :Pane Pending doesn't accept USER, check his/her roles!"
I have already checked all the roles and configurations posibles.
