[feat]: add delete and pin chat and custom titles based.

- [bug]: currently the system just takes the title as the question that was asked.
- [bug]: need to understand what was the question and generate a short title initially (just like chatGPT)
- [bug]: add options to manually delete and pin chat (at max 3 pins) and should be able to update to custom titles.
