[Bug] Multiple issues

Describe the bug
It fails to recognize installed adb (I'm using Android Studio and adb is available in the path (through .zshrc). It recognizes scrcpy, but mirroring doesn't work (it's disabled).

Reconnection doesn't work: if I quit AirSync on my Mac, it fails to reconnect (I have to go to the device and reconnect from there - but the whole point is that the device is away).

Hide dock icon doesn't work: the icon is always there

The QR Code only says "Invalid QR Code Format"

Hi! Can you share the default path of your adb (which adb) so I can add that path support. But I think scrcpy will still be from homebrew but I might try custom path support if possible.

The reconnection works on some networks but on others, I get an error of Apple doesn't allow insecure network calls so I might have to re-factor it to find a better implementation for re-connect. Will try to focus fixing this.

Yeah hide the dock seem to only work per session. I might have to make the app trigger it automatically after launch to fix it. I was able to do that but the window jumping around was so buggy so I am still looking for a better way for it.

This is the second time I have heard about incorrect or invalid QR, I think it might be due to some sort of character the security phase creates failing the library. I haven't looked into this. I think you should be able to randomize the secret for now for a fix.
