No, I am not running shizuku. But those logs only show up only when I have the alert show that tries to help you with general fixes. Otherwise it just shows:

Note: You can't copy these logs normally, thats why I am taking screenshots haha

I will attempt to see if restarting the adb server helps. Also, I first tried to attempt connection when I didn't have wireless debugging enabled. Maybe that is the cause of cached ports?

Edit: restarting adb didn't help
