Pulls together images to create a tiled configurations. See 9-up images in released canting directory -> different ensembles for examples.

I think that this is done with the contrib/common/lib/tool/ImageGrid.py. Maybe this task should be changed to adding unit tests, completing documentation for ImageGrid.py, and verifying that ImageGrid does what is desired in the noted examples.
