Roll out Everything Bundle entitlement fix to all direct Mac apps

Problem

SaneApps Everything Bundle licenses were rejected because product matching only recognized individual app names. The shared LicenseService now recognizes the Everything Bundle token, and SaneHosts 1.1.23 is the first release consuming that fix.

Required rollout

• Update the SaneUI revision in SaneClick, SaneClip, SaneSales, and SaneVideo.
• Add or retain an app-level regression test that accepts an Everything Bundle license for that app and rejects a mismatched individual-app license.
• Ship a direct-channel update for each app.
• On the Air and Mini, verify the normal in-app activation path reaches Pro. Do not write Keychain items directly.

Acceptance

The same valid Everything Bundle license unlocks Pro in every included direct Mac app on both machines, and each release has a current updater feed.
