Cancel Tracker button, should delete the already inserted tracker.

When the user clicks on Cancel Tracker, in a case when the tracker is taking too much time, we should

1. Cancel the request if the server as not yet sent a response
2. Delete the hash from our local storage and ask the server to soft delete its own copy as well.
