Cannot Add New Warranty

Hello, I apologise for the lack of information here - I've set up Warracker with Authentik and I can successfully log in as an admin user. When I try to add a warranty however, I am presented with this error. Neither Caddy nor Warracker's container logs show me anything - I'm using Vivaldi (which is based on Chromium, I believe), and I don't have any plugins which would conflict with the site.

I've tried restarting the container and clearing the site data and relogging/trying again - but I'm still presented with this error.

Any help on narrowing this issue down would be appreciated.

Hi @notmaroun , recreate your instance as the database seems to have been corrupted or it's not connecting.
