As of right now, it seems like deal.ii cannot compile with a CUDA-enabled kokkos, which is very wierd, as this is the recommended way to achieve a GPU-enabled deal.ii installation.
I can neither under clang, nor under gcc get a current deal.ii version working (which, regrettably, requires kokkos).
it would be nice to find out what the problem actually is.
