Leaverage composer cache to speed-up build process

Probably the best option would be using [Buildkit's syntax,](https://stackoverflow.com/a/57934504/1680927) but it isn't supported by dockerhub right now, so we should try using some kind of [export stage](https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/commandline/build/#custom-build-outputs)
