Shading may lead to confusion (Seq Id)

Hey!

While using the "Seq Id" atom color option in the "Ribbons" representation, I have noticed that the color of one amino acid can look slightly different depending on its position vis-à-vis the light source (from yellow to almost red). Since easy amino acid visual identification is very relevant to my visualisation, I looked for a way to unify the colours by turning down the shadinga little, but couldn't find any.

I feel like it would be a good addition to add!

Hi Marie,

I apologize for not responding sooner. I understand your issue, it can be resolved by essentially not using a physically based lighting model. Also, a more pressing issue is to be able to choose the colors for common residues such as amino acids and nucleotides. This would help you to emphasize the difference between them.
