First project it works, in the second project it won't

The first time when i tested the SDL2-particles code it worked great.
But now the second time (second project), it will not render the particles.

I have copied the code of the first project
And it will still not work.
I have also included the same nuget packages.

Does anybody know a solution or a possible cause?

Maybe you did not copy the PNG image. You can make it yourself.
