Plugin just doesnt work anymore

This plugin worked fine before MailChimp removed double opt in.

Now the plugin seems to redirects users to the confirmation screen on the MailChimp domain.

Is it possible to fix these issues also we also notice that we can't able to submit the data if we are on mobile phones, can you help to resolve these issues ?
