Although this catalogue roughly complements the Catalogue of Reflection Nebulae of van den Berg (1966AJ.....71..990V, Cat. <VII/21>), the region here surveyed is more narrowly confined to the galactic equator.

Notes:

• The academic paper title is Catalogue of southern stars embedded in nebulosity
• Table 1 on the second and third pages of the paper comprises the catalog, which is titled Catalogue of southern reflection nebulae
• 136 nebulae in the catalog with diameter columns for blue "(D)B" and red "(D)R" image plate measurements
• coordinates in the whitepaper are galactic 1950 but Vizier has (or calculates) conversion columns in J2000
• use the widest (D)B or D(R) measurement as overall diameter
