Imported home assistant devices fail to update states in anything above v.015

Using scrypted and home assistant on the same box (n100)

Home assistant plugins above V0.1.15 dont seem to work well for any devices imported into scrypted. They import fine however once the addon has been restarted they fail to update states or control devices.

Running V0.1.15 the devices work well with no issues. Nothing in the logs show any errors except the following
