I've currently disabled the tutorial for V1.0 because we had added the settings page and it looked expectedly bad on mobile. I want to turn it on for later so some changes are necessary which are: make the tutorial work on mobile and fix it so it works on the new layout of the website. The reason I'm not setting this for the V1.1 milestone is because I expect we'll need to make some changes very soon to the way the mobile version looks and after we do that we'll need to revisit this issue again so instead of doing that, we'll just take care of this issue later.
