I can get this to show up in rtlamr but with metermon I have nothing after trying several different things. I could be wrong so please let me know.

That's the highest number for that I've seen! Where did you get that Endpoint Type though? In your example the Type is 12.

I went ahead and merged though so you can test. Let me know how it goes. I'll leave this issue open until it's confirmed working.
