[Feature] Add graph_provider field to conman2 CLI

The conMan2 CLI has no configuration option to specify the desired graph_provider system but takes the values that are being hard-coded into the CLI logic.

• Add configuration options to the CLI in a meaningful fashion. Always provide default values to keep the required user inputs to a necessary minimum
