Custom queries that point to file

It should be easy to have custom queries load from a path, like:

[queries]
filequery=/path/to/file
inlinequery=SELECT f1, f2 FROM table3

So If you have a collection of "big queries" the INI file isn't impossible to read.

Another benefit is that you could edit said custom queries without restarting Datum.
