Enhancement - Pastoral Care- Add Other Lists

Our leadership has asked that I add "single moms" and "Widows" to the pastoral care plugin. At first, I thought it would be easy but then I realized that many of the blocks are hard-coded for that specific list.

It would be awesome if there was a generic category that could be duplicated with different names.

This is a really good idea. Just a block setting on the list where you pick the workflow and then 1 block could handle all the lists and adding a new list would be as simple as copying the workflow and setting up the blocks to create as many lists as you would like.
