Add Ukrainian as a translation target language

Hi! I installed USTA, but when selecting the target language to translate the recognized (OCR) text into, Ukrainian is not available in the list.

Could you please add Ukrainian (uk) as a translation target language? I'm not sure if this depends on the translation engine/API you're using (Google Translate, DeepL, LibreTranslate, etc.), but as far as I know Ukrainian is supported by most major translation services, so hopefully it's just a matter of adding it to the list.

Also, if the app's own interface needs to be translated into Ukrainian at some point, I'd be happy to help with that too — just let me know how the localization is structured (file format, where the strings are located) and I'll prepare the translation.

Closing this issue because I just opened a Pull Request to fix it! Since this was my first time working with Python, I wasn't sure if I could do it, but it worked out.Also, my offer to help with translating the app's interface into Ukrainian is still open. Once this PR is reviewed, just let me know where the localization files are, and I'd be happy to help. Looking forward to your review!

Hello, you can test the Ukrainian interface support from the https://github.com/sedataym/usta/tree/feature/ukrainian_interface_support_1 branch. If you notice any issues, please report them here. If you are not using your system in Ukrainian, you should start USTA with the LANG=uk_UA.UTF-8 parameter.
