Fix handling logging deleted messages while it contains attachment

Currently sent attachments when deleted are logged in form of url. This does not work very well as discord api also removes this resources very quicly. Current solution should be replaced with actual getting the attachment and resending it.

This is due changes in discord api. Also this log could see information about channel where the message was sent.
