Sporadic content loading with timeouts on Neuroscientific NER and Structured Resources

Problem:
Two pages — Neuroscientific NER and Structured Resources (see below) — experience intermittent content fetching and loading issues. In some cases, the content is fetched and rendered successfully, while in other cases the request takes excessively long and eventually times out.

Expected Behavior
The pages should consistently fetch and load content within a reasonable amount of time, without experiencing timeouts.

Update:
The issue is originating from the backend and not UI.
