cant add users to databases and cant add databases to uesrs

Describe the bug
There seems to be a problem with the datab\ses module in sentor 2.1.0. I cant add users to databases and cant add databases to uesrs. When I try to do it it just goes to a blank page. I presume thtere is a php error on this page

To Reproduce
Go to databases
create database
create user and try to add db to user
4. See error

Sentora 2.0.2 or the master beta TEST version (2.1.0)?

I used the github sentora 2 GitHub script. When it installed successfully and with no problems I was delighted. But I get a message at the top saying it is a beta test alright. It says it is version 2.1.0. But it installed successfully and I was happy with that. There are a few issues with it but I have found ways around them for now. I think I'm using a beta test of the system but I was thinking maybe there's a way to update it from the control panel? Kind regards,

When updates are made to github you can run the update script to get any new files even if it is the same version. No updates have been pushed lately for 2.1.0 so the files you have are the latest beta files. Check the error logs to see why you are getting a blank page.

No updates have been pushed to the dev/master branch so nothing will be updated. But, when there is an update, running the update script at that time will update the changed files.
