Would this code work for an iSCSI interface to a VTL?

Hi,

I have a VTL that runs on the windows server platform. It's written in C/C++ and currently supports FibreChannel and SAS. Could this iSCSI code be integrated so that the VTL would support iSCSI? Are there any features missing from the RFC3720 specification?
