Unable to activate

l am not seeing any place where I can get the logs.

5. Message

I just purchased the Skool downloader and followed the YT video on how to set it up, that went smoothly except activation. No matter what I do, it will not activate.

Troubleshooting performed:

Attempt 1

• Verified my email address after purchase
• Looked in "My Account" for product key, not found
• Downloaded the version for my browser.
• Extracted the contents from .zip
• Placed it in a location that will not accidentally get messed with or deleted.
• Went to chrome://extensions
• Turned on developer mode
• Clicked the option to load unpacked
• Ensured it installed and that it's on
• Went to the extensions puzzle piece and verified the extension is there and pinned it
• Clicked the extension and it shows me the trial page where you get three free downloads

Attempt 2

• I then removed the extension completely from Chrome
• Cleared cache all time
• Quit Chrome and relaunched it
• Started process above over, no change

Attempt 3

• I then deleted the zip file and redownloaded it
• Followed steps above again starting with ensuring that the extension was fully removed from chrome
• Cleared cache "All Time" and every option again
• Ran through the install again, no change
• Watched the video on YT again, followed the steps exactly as demonstrated, no change

I checked your Github page again and checked for similar issues, nothing found that's exactly like my issue
Checked your site FAQ's etc. and nothing seems to cover my issue

Latest version of Chrome 147.0.7727.102
Computer recently rebooted
No issues with lack of storage
