[mrserverless]

• 1.1 Initialize Go module (go mod init github.com/serverlesscloud/bian-go)
• 1.2 Add dependencies (shopspring/decimal, gqlgen)
• 1.3 Create directory structure (domains/, models/, providers/mock/, graphql/)
• 1.4 Configure gqlgen (gqlgen.yml)
• 1.5 Create .bian-version file (set to v13.0.0)
