ReciPro won"t launch anymore on Windows 10

Hi, sorry to disturb you but i recently had an issue with reciPro

First of all, i would like to thank you for this amazing work. As a condensed matter physicist, this app is really life changing for my research !

As for the issue, we had a power cut in my lab recently, which shut down my computer. Since this time i can't use recipro anymore (i tried to reinstall multiple versions) ans i have this error message each time i try to launch it :

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the software error. This is a very strange situation. Please try the following steps.

1. Uninstall ReciPro
2. If the following folders exist, please delete them (### should be replaced by your username):

• C:\Users###\AppData\Local\Crystallography Software\ReciPro
• C:\Users###\AppData\Roaming\ReciPro\ReciPro

3. Re-install ReciPro

Unfortunatly it doesn't change anything. maybe it is due to windows 10 updates ? I managed to install ReciPro on my personnal computer which is under windows 11

I'm sorry to hear that the problem has not been resolved.

ReciPro should have been completely clean-installed with the steps you took earlier. It is probably a problem with the OS.

I don't have a Windows 10 PC nearby, so I can't debug it right away, but I will continue to investigate.
