Claude Code always asks if it can edit dirty-files even though it's set to allow in .claude/settings.json

Great plugin, thanks for creating it. One annoyance is every time it tries to write to .claude/auto-memory/dirty-files Claude Code will ask me for permission even though my .claude/settings.json has:

Is this an issue with the plugin or with Claude Code? Is there some workaround you use?

Yeah this has been an annoyance, I'll find some time to address this.

This should be resolved in v0.8.1. The dirty-files cleanup moved from the memory-updater agent (which used Claude's Write tool) to a SubagentStop hook that runs as a Python script directly. Claude no longer calls Write on dirty-files at all, so no permission prompt.

Update to v0.8.1 and let me know if it persists.
