• Initial CAN Message

  Requirement: Verify that the Throttle data changes from the VCU to the Dashboard and DAQ. VCU will send throttle data to the bus and the Dashboard and DAQ should both be able to receive the data. As this is an initial prototype, we will focus on polling the CAN messages rather than using interrupts. Arbitrary Message ID: 0xAE
