Extra lines after dd --> p several times

After dd --> p and Vj..j --> p several times (don't remember exactly) extra lines with empty sequence names appear in the bottom. The attached picture was produced in visual block mode, but the cursor could also be moved there in normal mode.

Unable to reproduce that so far (tried hard). Let's wait for a more specific scenario that may lead to such a bug.
