BASIC listing viewer does not update correctly

Describe the bug
Loading a new BASIC program while the viewer is visible seems to load a different program.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Boot DOS 3.3 System Master
2. Bring up memory viewer and select BASIC pane
3. LOAD COPYA

Expected behavior
Correct listing:

Turns out DOS writes the start/end position of the buffer before actually loading the data, so the viewer can run into a race condition and display garbage.

Also if you try and resize the window contianing the listing it leaves the internal edit box the same size, and eventually I hit an assert.

When you observed this bug, were you running a build that you compiled yourself, or one of my releases? The exact version would help me a lot.

Can you specify which assert, or attach a crash log?

It was a fresh pulled and compiled build, running under Xcode so I hit the assert with the debugger.

The assert happened after I enlarged the listing window and clicked on the other tabs to see if the inder window would resize

Assertion failed: (bufferIndex == characterCount), function -[HFLineCountingView newLineStringForRange:], file HFLineCountingView.m, line 198.

bufferindex is 240 and character count is 192 I had loaded the DOS 3.3 master disk and then done "LOAD MASTER" to get a basic program in memory

I've not coded on MacOS since System 7 so I'm way the hell out of date, and couldn't figure out where to get a crash log, all the searching I'm doing is showing me how to do it when I'm running an emulator or something which I'm not doing... I'll keep looking.
