feature request: speeds-and-feeds page

I've been wanting a little dashboard for shaarli for quite a while. I got a ton of help from Claude building this (AIL-3 on the https://danielmiessler.com/blog/ai-influence-level-ail scale). It has a couple of key features:

• overall usage metrics
• github-style activity contribution heatmap
• hour-of-day, day-of-week, monthly, and yearly activity visualizations
• tag analytics (top X and pairwise)
• random bookmark generator
• tries to be good at catching OWASP Top 10 issues

A lot of the content is clickable (takes you into the appropriate shaarli page) and it will look for and potentially exclude bulk import days and can restrict report time to a particular window. I enjoy shaarli so much, want to give a little back to the community :)

Right now, this is just a plugin that I've got open in a tab (i.e. I have not done the work to incorporate it into the core of shaarli, update routing and templates, etc.).
