*I understand that all textures are filtered in some way, there's just some that feel much more blatantly filtered.
Certain HUD elements are slightly filtered, and it's only really easy to tell running the game in lower resolutions such as 480p.
This impacts the 360, PS3, and PC versions of the game.
The PC version in particular seems to suffer slightly worse from this.
The best place to notice this is on the results screen since the slightly more filtered elements is in the same font as the clearer looking elements.
360 (Don't mind the emulation errors present) :

The Dreamcast and Gamecube versions don't have this issue.
