Adhoc questions and improvements on zshrc1

• understand which shebang to use for zsh if zsh is installed using brew. For the brew version, we have which zsh returns /usr/local/bin/zsh not /bin/zsh.
• set the $PATH variable from scratch in a clean manner each time the .zshrc is sourced, see here.
• Redirect or suppress the creation of .zsh_sessions dir
• Fix the strange tab completion in zsh which currently duplicates the command, e.g. cdcd ~/.config or leaves extra indentation if no tab option selected.
• What is the correct shebang for zsh files, i.e., /bin/zsh or #!/usr/bin/env zsh?
• How to ensure that we use the homebrew installed zsh in zshrc1?
• fix zsh completions issue
• Include zsh plugins, such as zsh-fast-syntax-highlighting and zsh-autosuggestions
• Construct $PATH variable from scratch each time.
