Vitis HLS C-Simulation Flow

I would like to add the Vitus HLS co-simulation flow to HLSFactory.

This flow (like the co-sim and synthesis flows) will also be based on the TCL entry point system for now.

Mostly implemented with # TODO: Add step to extract Csim report / results data still needs to be done.
Needs to be tested on some designs (maybe PolyBench).
