Add more monitoring tools - btop, iftop, iotop, etc -

Add

• btop for top replacement (in debian/fedora/rocky/ubuntu and brew)
• iotop for disk IO (in debian/fedora/rocky/ubuntu)
• iftop for network (in debian/fedora/rocky/ubuntu and brew)
• nvtop is a lightweight task viewer for AMD, Intel, Nvidia, and Apple GPUs. (in debian/fedora/rocky/ubuntu and brew)

Remove

• glances: don't need one that has network access
