• Gather context and read project structure
• Explore codebase — found AIUsageProvider.swift (Swift data layer) and Extensions/ai-usage/index.js (JS UI layer)
• Add Gemini payload builder in AIUsageProvider.swift
• Add geminiModel() and update all views in Extensions/ai-usage/index.js
• Commit and push

What was implemented

ExtensionHost/AIUsageProvider.swift

• Detects Gemini CLI credentials from ~/.gemini/oauth_creds.json (with fallbacks: ~/.gemini/credentials.json, ~/.config/gemini/oauth_creds.json, ~/.config/gemini/credentials.json)
• Reads optional ~/.gemini/usage-summary.json for precise usage percentage data (same pattern as Codex/Claude local summaries)
• Returns available: true when credentials are found, even without usage data

Extensions/ai-usage/index.js

• Added geminiModel() function — shows percentage when usage data is available, "OK" when authenticated but no local summary, "--" when not detected
• Updated compact view: now shows 3 rings (Codex · Gemini · Claude)
• Updated minimalCompact trailing slot: shows whichever of Gemini/Claude has lower remaining usage (most critical)
• Updated expanded view: 3 equal columns (Codex, Gemini, Claude)
• Updated fullExpanded view: 3 equal columns with labels
