idea: support custom registry mirror #10

the idea is that we provides a function to set registry mirrors and then start the engine with registry mirrors configured before running a pipeline.
It comes from my use case that the GHA need to start the engine manually before using dagger github action to custom the mirrors during evaluate the Dagger usage.
