Request: Date/time stamps

Some date/time information may be useful on the digital channel pages.

Qs that came to mind when reading the pages:

• When was this page/policy added/modified?
• • And how do I know what was changed?
• How long has this device/sensor been active and collecting data?

That's interesting yeah, and maybe a kind of history of changes, not dissimilar from wikipedia.
