**What is the use case?**
Eg. a settings page form.  
- *Profile* should be a FormGroup
- *Notifications* should be a FormGroup
- *Access* should be a FormGroup
- etc.

**What functions do you want from this component?**
Group related form controls together. Optionally define title and description per FormGroup.
