Minor. Compute two-plane: the FFI data plane proves out on a compute library and the island shows a real wheel. Contents: #240 (F4 second manifest), #90 (pyscriptc-onnx adapter), #93 sliced into E1/E2, #174 (GIL-safe island entries). Exit: the onnx demo and the numpy island demo run under CPython parity, a boxed ledger window at the boundary with reach fed to boxed_cost.py --reach, 0 open issues at close.
