Wrong install path for `libtheft.pc` when `DESTDIR` is set.

When using DESTDIR (e.g. when building a package), the libtheft.pc file is installed into ${DESTDIR}/${DESTDIR}/${PREFIX}/lib/pkgconfig instead of ${DESTDIR}/${PREFIX}/lib/pkgconfig.
