Implement proper visual 10x10 board component

Start building the touch-first board using CSS Grid as per visual-direction.md and architecture.

• Use public views only
• Support piece selection + legal move highlighting
• Mobile friendly (44px targets)
• No hover dependencies

This is for Phase 3 interaction prototype.
