Audio support

I'm using QuickCamera with HDMI-USB dongle on my Mac and it would be very helpful if it could handle not only video but audio too.

Otherwise it's a simple and great tool :-)

Check out my CapturePlay. I started with a fork of this project to add audio routing, but ended up rewriting it and adding all the bells I wanted. I use it with USB capture devices for gaming with consoles on my Macs.
Its code size has grown about 4x that of QuickCam in the process. Help is included.
