Sliders don't align with pre-defined regions in the boxes

When I select a pre-defined region the sliders don’t align with the values in the boxes. I am guessing this happens when the region the data is from is outside of the bounds of the preset geographic boundary. It is a bit confusing to a user what is happening, maybe a warning could pop-up, or the sliders slide to match the selected region and the user can figure out the lack of data in the lower section.

1. I went to this collection and the geographic ranges you see below were pre-seelcted (I assume based on the range of the included datasets).
2. I selected “BATS Region” and what happened is captured in the screenshot.
