shot-scraper har -x/--extract option

For digital forensics it's useful to grab all the scripts etc loaded from a page and then get them in a directory so you can search them with ripgrep.

Hi @simonw first of all thank you very much. A small note.

In the release note you write:

• The shot-scraper har command has a new -x/--extract option which extracts all of the resources loaded by the page out to a set of files. This location can be controlled by the -o dir/ option. #184

But I think it's not -o dir/, it's -o file. Am I wrong?

I have tested using a dir and I have

Error: Invalid value for '-o' / '--output': File '/tmp/shot' is a directory.
